Revocation instruction and revocation form for consumers

“Consumer” within the meaning of this revocation instruction is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (nosz, owner Nina Wybranietz, Carl-Meyer-Straße 15, 29581 Karwitz, Germany, email address: info@nosz.de, telephone number: 015737713047) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

Notes on the Return of Goods

Please do not send the goods back to us without prepaid postage. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If you no longer have the original packaging or outer packaging in your possession, please use another suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.
