General Terms and Conditions of Business of the company nosz
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely an invitation to the consumer to order goods. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. (4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.
The order process comprises the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the “Add to Cart” button
- Checking the information in the shopping cart
- Clicking the “Checkout” button
- Logging into the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
- Rechecking or correcting the respective entered data.
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the “order now” or “buy now” button
The consumer can return to the page where the customer’s data is collected and correct input errors by using the “Back” button contained in the internet browser used by him/her before submitting the order by checking his/her details again or by closing the internet browser to cancel the order process. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: We will send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at https://nosz.de/agb/ at any time.
For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices indicated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment via Advance Payment,
PayPal,
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, he/she is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will be made within 20 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank instructed with the transfer and in all other cases on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall expire on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall also pass to the buyer in the case of a mail-order purchase only upon delivery of the item to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
§6 Right of Withdrawal of the Customer as a Consumer:
“Consumer” within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods or has.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (nosz, owner Nina Wybranietz, Carl-Meyer-Straße 15, 29581 Karwitz, Germany, email address: info@nosz.de, telephone number: 015737713047) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
Notes on the Return of Goods
Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
Please return the goods if possible in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If you no longer have the original packaging or the outer packaging in your possession, please use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage caused by inadequate packaging.

§8 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply. The warranty period for used items is 12 months. Claims for damages remain unaffected by this regulation.
